Trip Modifications and Cancellations by Travels by Tonia:
Travels by Tonia reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the itinerary, accommodations, and activities due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or availability issues. Should Travels by Tonia need to cancel the trip entirely, clients will be offered alternative dates or a full refund, excluding any third-party transaction fees.

Travel Documents:
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that they have valid passports, visas, and any required entry documents. Travels by Tonia is not responsible for denied entry or additional costs incurred due to invalid or missing travel documents.

Travel Insurance:
Travels by Tonia highly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events, including but not limited to trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, baggage loss, and delays. Travels by Tonia is not responsible for any financial loss due to trip interruptions or emergencies that could have been covered by insurance.

Force Majeure:

Photography and Media Release:
By joining this group trip, you consent to the use of any photographs or video footage taken during the trip by Travels by Tonia for marketing and promotional purposes. Should you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing prior to departure.

Acknowledgment of Terms:
